For nearly two decades, Manuel Rochette aka Matsya has been involved from the ground up with festivals and events. Polymath in nature Matsya brings timely selections playing across all tempos and a wild variance in styles. Matsya’s sets are unique and tastefully unpredictable. From current dance beats to atmospheric ambience and sound design, Matsya’s malleability and refined palette does not go unnoticed. He is also a multi media event curator on Salt Spring Island and continuously helps push fresh music as well as container setting to the forefront.
