Home Fires is the most recent sound project from Vancouver-based artist Bevan Bartlett, and is rooted firmly in the organic, and the human. Bringing to the table a lifetime of relationship with both traditional and electronic music, Bevan weaves together ambient, experimental, and traditional songs and pieces to create rich sonic spaces and deep emotional arcs. Always responding to the moment, Bevan is committed to bringing that which has been forgotten, neglected, or erased.
