Whether you’re warming up after a dip, relaxing with friends, or just craving a reset … our sauna is here for it. Temperatures hit 70–90°C, and the vibes? 10/10.

This weekend at Nectar, come unwind and recharge at The Light Lounge … a cozy wellness pop-up from Langford’s newest healing space, New Dawn Red Light Therapy Clinic.

Hosted by Eddy & Ela, this by-donation offering features:

Handheld red light laser sessions for targeted relief and cellular restoration

A powerful light & frequency headset to soothe anxiety, boost mood, and bring mental clarity

A full-body infrared cocoon pod (aka the “red light sleeping bag”) for deep nervous system reset
