Emerging from the coastal rainforests of British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast and Gulf Islands comes Anishinaabe First Nations artist Kilbourne, the founder and curator of Cimmerian Records.
Kilbourne channels a sound resonating on deep foundations. He aims to craft a sonic narrative deeply rooted in sound system culture. His productions and sets have developed an immersive sonic identity shaped by low end frequencies and evolving emotional depth.
